We specialize in SEO, web design, social media, paid ads, video marketing, and email marketing, serving clients across the United States.We’re expanding our international team and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Serbia who can lead and execute multi-channel digital strategies — with a strong focus on SEO performance and analytics.What You’ll DoDevelop, implement, and continuously optimize SEO strategies to improve client rankings and organic traffic.Manage website design and content projects, coordinating with designers and developers.Run and monitor paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.Oversee social media management, email campaigns, and content calendars.Analyze results, prepare reports, and share performance insights with the U.S. marketing team.Stay current on Google algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.What We’re Looking For3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably agency-side.Strong hands-on expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and analytics tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs).Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.Ability to work exclusively during Pacific Time (PST) business hours — this schedule is not flexible.Must use our time-tracking system with periodic screenshots during work hours for performance monitoring.What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and performance.Fully remote position with direct collaboration with our U.S. team.Opportunity to work with top healthcare practices across the U.S.Long-term potential for professional growth in a results-driven environment.How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about SEO and digital marketing, thrive in a structured and performance-driven environment, and are ready to collaborate with an international team on U.S.-based projects — we’d love to meet you.
