Digital Marketing Manager📍 Location: Australia 🕓 Full-timeRole Overview The Digital Marketing Manager drives the brand’s presence across the digital landscape. Combining strategy, creativity, and analytics, you are responsible for increasing brand awareness, growing digital channels, and delivering measurable business results, ensuring every campaign makes an impact.Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across search, social media, email, content, and paid advertising • Lead campaign planning, performance optimisation, A/B testing, and goal achievement • Manage brand presence and ensure content consistency across website, SEO, social platforms, and digital experiences • Analyse campaign data, customer behaviour, and market trends to generate actionable insights • Collaborate closely with design, product, sales teams, and external agencies • Manage digital advertising budgets and maximise return on investment • Monitor and report on key metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, traffic, and conversions • Establish and optimise marketing automation workflows and CRM touchpoints • Ensure compliance with Australian market regulations, including Privacy Act and Spam ActRequired Skills & Qualifications • Experience in digital marketing leadership roles • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret insights from dashboards and reports • Excellent communication, creativity, and cross-team influence • Ability to react quickly to market trends, experiment, learn, and iterate rapidly • Focus on brand storytelling and creating engaging digital experiencesPreferred Experience • Experience in Australian consumer marketing or e-commerce operations • Knowledge of Martech stacks and CRM personalisation • Content creation or visual branding experience • Proven experience managing agencies or regional growth initiativesWhy This Role is Exciting Your strategies will reach potential customers across screens, amplifying the brand’s voice across Australia.
