Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve ROI. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and strong leadership to manage a cross-functional digital team.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives and brand goals.Conduct research on market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure all digital campaigns deliver measurable results.Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, SEO, etc.).Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and conversion rates.Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and engaging campaign messaging.SEO, SEM, and Content MarketingOversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting) to achieve business goals.Coordinate the creation of high-quality, optimized content that supports brand storytelling and SEO objectives.Social Media & Brand PresenceDevelop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement, reach, and community interactions across platforms.Monitor social media trends and leverage emerging opportunities for brand exposure.Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.Prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Use data to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.Team Leadership & CollaborationLead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing specialists and external partners.Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with broader company initiatives.Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable impact.Technical SkillsProficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics (GA4), CRM/automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and marketing automation.Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting ROI.Soft SkillsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective digital strategies.Highly adaptable and results-oriented.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Growth in website traffic, engagement, and conversions.Improved ROI across paid and organic channels.Lead generation and customer acquisition metrics.Social media growth and engagement.Email marketing performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonuses and incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Flexible working arrangements, including remote options.
