Overview:We’re looking for an experienced and forward thinking Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence of MENT ADS, a cross-disciplinary BTL and experiential agency shaping brand experiences.This role goes beyond managing campaigns , it’s about building a digital ecosystem that reflects who we are, how we work, and the creative energy behind every project.You’ll be responsible for driving visibility and engagement not only for our clients’ campaigns but also for the vibrant culture and inspiring environment that define MENT ADS.If you’re passionate about combining strategy, creativity, and storytelling to shape both brand and agency perception this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to showcase agency's high-quality BTL campaigns and on-ground activations.Manage and grow the agency’s digital presence to reflect our creativity, work culture, and unique approach to experiential marketing.Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize visibility and reach.Create and manage engaging social media content that highlights both client projects and behind-the-scenes moments from our team and environment.Lead community management and audience engagement efforts across all digital platforms.Collaborate with creative, production, and client service teams to capture and communicate the essence of each activation online.Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to drive data-backed improvements.Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives through digital storytelling that attracts top talent and reinforces MENT’s culture.Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, ensuring our online presence remains bold, fresh, and authentic.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communications.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an advertising, BTL, or experiential agency.Proven experience managing social media, paid media, and content strategies with measurable results.Strong creative and storytelling skills with a keen understanding of visual identity and brand voice.Proficiency in analytics and performance tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities.Passionate about creative environments and translating real experiences into digital impact.
