The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, implement, and manage all aspects of the company's online marketing efforts, aiming to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. The main objectives will be to develop and execute strategies across various digital channels like social media, email marketing, and SEO. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies to achieve marketing goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDeveloping and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Campaign ManagementOverseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.Content CreationDeveloping engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.Social Media ManagementManaging social media presence, engaging with followers, and running social media advertising campaigns.SEO/SEMImplementing and optimizing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.Website ManagementOverseeing the company website, including content updates, design, and user experience.Analytics and ReportingAnalyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.Budget ManagementManaging the digital marketing budget and allocating resources effectively.Team ManagementDigital Marketing Manager will lead a team of composed of direct hires, contractual staff and agencies.Skills Required ·     Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: To analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: To collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.·     Project management skills: To effectively plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns.·     Creative thinking and content creation skills: To develop engaging and persuasive marketing content.·     Knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and tools: Including social media platforms, email marketing software, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.JOB QUALIFICATIONS·      Bachelor’s Degree, in any field. Marketing or Advertising degree is an advantage. ·      Technology savvy and should possess excellent knowledge of digital marketing trends.·      Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City.
