Job Description

Role OverviewThe Marketing Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing strategies across multiple business units. This role requires strong technical expertise in digital platforms (social media, SEO, websites), brand management, and lead generation, while also providing leadership and direction to marketing team. The Marketing Lead will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for different companies/brands under management.Lead, mentor, and supervise a marketing team to deliver creative and measurable campaigns.Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all platforms and communication channels.Collaborate with management to align marketing initiatives with company-wide goals.Digital Marketing & PlatformsOversee social media strategy and execution (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others).Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and performance.Oversee website management, ensuring user experience, conversion optimization, and content updates.Drive lead generation campaigns through digital ads, email marketing, and content marketing.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance metrics (traffic, engagement, CPL, conversions, ROI).Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management decision-making.Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven results.Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing supports lead pipeline growth.Coordinate with product team for marketing campaigns, launches, and events.Act as main contact person and collaborate with Group of companies
