About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager to lead Royal Avenue’s online strategy, strengthen brand visibility, and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of managing campaigns, guiding content direction, and ensuring measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.Oversee and grow Royal Avenue’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key channels.Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, and TikTok), ensuring strong ROI.Supervise content creation and ensure consistency in tone, quality, and brand identity.Analyze digital performance through GA4 and Meta Business Suite, providing actionable insights and reports.Manage community engagement, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility.Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand innovative and competitive.Requirements5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and analytics tools (Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite).Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.Creative mindset with skills in content direction and familiarity with design tools (Canva or Adobe).Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
