If you’re passionate about paid ads, data, creative strategy, and building strong brand presence online—this role is for you!What You’ll DoPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.Manage ad budgets, performance tracking, and ROI reporting.Develop compelling creative concepts and work closely with our team for content production.Oversee social media scheduling, posting, and engagement to strengthen VirtuAssist’s online presence.Analyze trends, audience insights, and campaign data to improve performance.Coordinate with internal teams for marketing strategy alignment.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience running paid ads (FB/IG/Google required).Strong social media management skills (content planning, engagement, analytics).Ability to design or provide creative direction for ad assets.Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, social schedulers, and analytics tools.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive salaryWork-from-home setupSupportive team cultureOpportunity to grow within a scaling companyDirect impact on VirtuAssist’s brand and business growth Interested?
