The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, hands on technical expertise, and the leadership capabilities to guide a dynamic marketing team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.Oversee campaign planning, implementation, and optimisation for international clients across multiple industries.Manage SEO strategy to ensure continuous improvement in website visibility and organic growth.Direct social media strategy to drive engagement, reach, and brand consistency.Collaborate with creative and development teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets and digital experiences.Analyse performance data to generate insights and inform strategic decisions.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure all deliverables meet high professional standards.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with marketing agencies or global brands.Expertise in SEO, social media management, paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and content marketing.Strong understanding of graphic design principles and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Working knowledge of web development and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.Why Xoom Plus:At Xoom Plus, we offer more than just a position.
