The RoleThe Digital Marketing Specialist is the face of TABCo. brands across the GCC and will contribute directly to sus-taining Elevation Burger’s market position and expanding its market share, as well as establish TABCo.’s other food concepts and brands. As a tech savvy individual, you will develop, implement, track and optimize TABCo.’s marketing efforts across all digital (web/mobile) and social channels using content that is appealing, persuasive and customized. You are also responsible for growing, managing and engaging our community via previously mentioned channels. In addition to your primary role, you will support the marketing team in professionally, efficiently, creatively, and effectively operating and running all marketing activities as seen fit for business.The Responsibilities• Collaborate with agencies and other partners to develop knowledge driven digital campaignsfrom start to final production and implementation through web and mobile application.• Manage and grow the brand’s presence through Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, andother relevant online platforms and integrate offline activities with online presence.• Enhance customer support and loyalty.• Measure, monitor, and report engagement metrics and Social Media ROI against goals and offline sales and continually improve KPIs to drive leads, traffic, engagement and sales.• Identify trends and insights, and optimize digital spending and performance based on the insights.The Qualifications • Education - bachelor degree in business administration or marketing • 4 to 6 years of related experience • Bilingual (English & Arabic) with strong communication and editing skills • Demonstrable experience leading, managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and/or display advertising campaigns, Google AdWords campaigns • Solid knowledge of web and social media analytics, monitoring and listening tools The Person • Responsible, self-motivated and deadline oriented • Tech Savvy, Creative & able to learn and implement new trends, tools, technologies • Excessive attention to details with an eye for good design • Adaptable and willing to work outside office hours • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
