Job Description

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all social media accounts of the brand.Track customers’ comments and direct any complaints to relevant team members.Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to attract an audience and promote brand-focused messages.Coordinate social media messages with advertising departments in alignment with company goalsAudit and analyze social media presence, including advertising costs & returns.Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system to efficacy and areas forimprovements.Assist the operation department during the launches of new products, and events.Assist in activating & improving brand awareness amongst target customers segments.Educational QualificationBachelor in Business Administration / Marketing/ or related fieldExperienceYears of Experience: 2 - 3 YearsField of Experience: MarketingSkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.Customer service and interpersonal skills.Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.Computer software proficiency.Flexibility working with tight schedules and weekends.Proficiency with content creation and planning. Job RemarksPreferred Language: English, ArabicJob Country: KuwaitDuty Shift / Timings: One Shift / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
