Digital Marketing Specialist (Turkish Citizen)

Main ResponsibilitiesSet up, manage, optimize, and report on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and develop conversion-focused strategies.Use digital marketing tools—especially Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion pixels—to implement conversion tracking, analyze user behavior, and carry out data-driven optimization processes.Manage SEO efforts and develop strategies to increase organic traffic.Utilize tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, and similar platforms to prepare performance reports and identify improvement areas.Organize and lead client meetings; work closely with the Direct Booking and Connectivity teams.Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness in the local market.QualificationsMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in conversion-driven campaign management.Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush.Solid experience in SEO and SEM strategies.Experience in social media, metasearch, and other digital advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.Fluent in both Turkish and English with strong communication skills.Flexible, a strong team player, and able to meet deadlines.Willingness to travel for client visits and marketing events when necessary.Knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) will be considered an advantage.Previous experience in the hotel industry will be considered an advantage.
