Silpo has an experienced team that has created an agile structure to ensure prompt response to customer requests and demands.Role Description Sales and Marketing Representative role is responsible for day-to-day tasks such as:Introducing and promoting raw materials, consumables and chemicals to current and potential customer in the ceramic tiles, tableware and sanitaryware industriesTracking customer demands, requests and satisfaction through regular customer visitsOffering products to current and potential customers based on their requests and needsCoordinating with the technical sales support specialiest to organize laboratory and production trials/tests at customer sitesPromoting new products to current and prospective customers, as well as assessing their market potentialMonitoring competitor activities and products to determine where and when Silpo may deliver added value to customersFollowing up on sales targets and schedules determined together with the Sales and Marketing ManagerReporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager on a regular basisActively contributing to enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding market presenceQualificationsVocational school diploma or a bachelor's degree in related fieldsFluency in English is requiredSales experience (raw materials, consumables, chemicals) in the ceramic or chemical industries is preferredExcellent communication skills and relationship-building abilitiesProne to teamworkStrong problem-solving, planning and analytical skillsMale candidates must have completed their military dutyBased in EskisehirActive driver with a class B licenseWilling to travel both domestically and internationally
