International Clinic Operations & Marketing Director

Position for our clinic that is located in North Cyprus!About the RoleWe are a growing dental healthcare group operating in multiple countries. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive International Clinic Operations & Marketing Director to oversee our overseas clinics, manage consultation travels, and lead the execution of global marketing and patient acquisition strategies.This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate between teams in different regions (Europe, Middle East, UK).Key Responsibilities* Manage and coordinate operations of our overseas dental clinics.* Plan and supervise international consultation trips (dentist and marketing teams).* Develop and execute marketing plans targeting international patient markets.* Oversee digital marketing, advertising, and brand positioning strategies.* Coordinate with local clinic managers to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.* Monitor budgets, reports, and performance metrics for all international activities.* Build partnerships with travel, health tourism, and insurance agencies.* Report directly to the board and contribute to long-term expansion planning.Requirements* Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.* Strong understanding of dental/medical tourism markets* Excellent English communication skills; additional languages (Turkish, and Russian) are a plus.* Willingness to travel frequently across countries.* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
