In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing strategy and roadmaps for a defined portfolio of clients. The role is a hybrid role, with two days a week WFH and three days a week in our freshly renovated office, five minutes from Gosford station (30 minutes north of Hornsby, 60 minutes south of Newcastle).What you'll be doingDevelop and execute best-in-class digital marketing strategies to drive client successDevelop and deploy end-to-end delivery of campaigns across channels such as search, social, display and email, with support from a range of specialists across the businessMonitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to clientsProduce high-quality creative assets that drive demand and results for clients, working with our creative teamIdentify new opportunities to expand scope of service with your clients and grow client accountsMaintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted digital marketing partnerDevelop your expertise around platforms, tactics and strategies using a growth mindsetWhat we're looking for3+ years' experience in a digital marketing account management or client services roleProven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaignsSolid understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO/GEO), PPC, social media marketing and other digital channelsExcellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimisationStrong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clientsHighly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlinesA focus on 'positive growth'; our north start is growth for our people and partners, and we're looking for the same mind set to join the teamWhat we offerWe're building a culture first business; if our people aren't growing, the business isn't growing.
