In this role, you will not only be responsible for maximizing the performance of digital advertising campaigns and executing lead generation strategies, but also for leveraging AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to optimize high-budget campaigns, test new approaches, and push the boundaries of performance marketing.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.Manage high-budget advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Snapchat Ads, and others on a daily basisRun tests and optimizations to increase form conversion rates and improve lead qualityContinuously optimize landing page and form experiences, conducting A/B testingDevelop innovative, data-driven, and results-oriented approaches for CTAs and ad copyLeverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate ad copy, optimize creatives, and enhance campaign efficiency.Analyze campaign performance and optimize metrics such as ROI and CPACreate reports and visualize data using tools like Supermetrics, Looker Studio, etc.Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)Support lead nurturing processes using CRM systems (Zoho, etc.) and marketing automation toolsCollaborate closely with the marketing team to align creative, content, and advertising strategiesStay up to date with the latest advertising trends and tools, bringing forward innovative solutionsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketingStrong understanding of lead qualification frameworks (MQL, SQL) and experience in optimizing campaigns towards high-quality lead generation.Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills (essential, as English is the primary language used within our teams.)Turkish language proficiency is considered a plusPrevious experience in the healthcare sector is considered a strong advantageHands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, Looker StudioFamiliarity with AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) is considered a plus.Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Bitrix etc.) and Proficiency in marketing automation t ools (Mailchimp, etc.)Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize performanceCurious, proactive, and results-oriented work approachProven ability to manage and optimize campaigns toward key performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
