QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONGives the direction for overall digital strategy integrated to overall strategy with a varied portfolio of all digital channels and tactics to drive results.Assists client teams and strategists while focusing on the overall media strategy and how digital can support to fulfill objectives and business targets e.g. Awareness, Engagement, CPA, or ROIWorking closely in parallel with Project Director among campaign brief-de-brief processes to build appropriate media strategies and create innovative media projects by ensuring that media executions meets the campaign strategy and the KPI’S.Assist annual strategy development and execution –media-led solutions to business problems, yearly media planning & defining the efficient investment levels for all communication channelsAssists strategy & planning teams for translating digital strategy into action plans to deliver best in market, data driven and effective integrated digital media campaignsLeads the digital operations teams and oversees the delivery of the strategies and plansEnsure that the appropriate technology and data is available to track performance against core KPI’s across all digital media channelsEnsure the digital channel approaches follow best practice set out by Specialist Leads (Search, Social, Programmatic, Direct, Partnerships), are in line with overall strategy and are deliverable and commercially viableWork with specialist leads and media owners to identify new products/ad models/ad tech and features our clients should be testingProduce case studies & best practices with global and local media partners.Ensure best practice in client handling, media owner, inter-agency and internal relationships with other departments. Completed university education or master's degree primarily in marketing, communication, advertising, media7+ years of professional experience in digital media planningHigh level of marketing, market, media knowledgeDeep knowledge and application skills on all communication channelsActing with a high level of customer and service focusHighly evolved presentation and facilitation skillsVery good tool knowledge: Good use of both Microsoft Office and industry toolsOutstanding organisation, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
