Job Description

ResponsibilitiesConduct service insights for the assigned clients and develop service strategies tailored to their characteristics and requirements.Identify client service needs and pain points, explore service opportunities, actively participate in pre-sales project support, and ensure the achievement of client order and revenue targets.Expand maintenance service contracts and enhance basic services for individual products, achieving the set goals.Establish and maintain client relationships, conduct regular visits, collect client feedback, and drive the resolution of technical issues and complaints to improve client satisfaction.Ensure the success of major client delivery and maintenance projects, guarantee that service quality meets client expectations, and enhance client perception.Organize regular client service meetings, submit service briefings, and perform other proactive care actions according to the client service plan. QualificationsHold a bachelor's degree or higher; English should be able to be used as a working language, and French should be sufficient for daily business communication.Required SkillsPossess knowledge of client satisfaction management, client perception, and client expectation management; be familiar with the company's business planning and possess skills in service strategy development and satisfaction management.Be familiar with the knowledge system and operational methodologies of key account services.
