Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Animation Professional role located in Kochin Foura. The Animation Professional will be responsible for creating engaging e-learning modules, interactive training content, and technical animations. Tasks include collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop animated content, producing digital visualizations for training materials, and ensuring the creative alignment of animations with client requirements. The role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for effectively communicating complex concepts through visual storytelling. Qualifications Animation and Creative Design skills: Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar programs, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation and motion graphics.Technical and Conceptual Understanding: Ability to create animations related to technical processes, HSE training, and industrial applications with accuracy and clarity.Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and clients.Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Educational and domain knowledge: A bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, or a related field, and familiarity with oil and gas or industrial sectors is advantageous.
