Enterprise Solution Responsible

About the RoleAs the Government and Enterprise Solutions Manager for the industry customer group, you will be responsible for the development of key solution projects.Responsibilities:Engage with high-touch technical-level customers and provide guidance on solutions and technologies.Work closely with frontline teams to identify customer pain points, propose solutions, and drive the company's solution planning and R&D to enhance the company's competitiveness in this field.Lead the overall project solution design to ensure the competitiveness of the solutions; participate in the development of industry ecosystems and industry marketing activities.Support key regional projects in their development and bidding activities, including solution design, POC (Proof of Concept), and bidding.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher, with English as a working language and the ability to support daily business communication in French.Required Skills:At least 2 years of work experience, with preference given to those with experience in government or similar solution integration consulting.Rich experience in customer communication, with preference given to those with experience in ICT product solution design, solution planning, design, sales, and delivery.Systematic thinking: Strong technical understanding, able to quickly grasp technologies such as big data and networks, and design corresponding solutions.Ecosystem thinking: Effectively communicate with ecosystem partners, understand customer needs, and work with partners to design joint solutions to meet customer requirements.
