A leading player in the wealth and retail banking space is looking for a Digital Project Manager to help shape customer-focused digital experiences across their platforms. If you’re passionate about building smooth, intuitive journeys and enjoy working in fast-moving, agile teams, this could be a great fit.Responsibilities:Lead the full product lifecycle for digital wealth and servicing journeys, from concept to launch and ongoing improvements.Work closely with UX/UI, analysts, developers, and business teams to deliver clear and intuitive customer experiences.Use market and customer insights to guide product vision and roadmap decisions.Turn customer needs into clear product features and user stories aligned with business and compliance requirements.Run agile ceremonies, manage the backlog, and keep delivery on track.Review performance and customer feedback to refine and enhance journeys.Ensure journeys are scalable and adaptable across different markets, with a key focus on Hong Kong.Requirements:Experience in digital project or product management, ideally within wealth management or retail banking.Strong understanding of customer engagement, UX principles, and digital servicing channels.Hands-on experience working in agile environments.Ability to translate customer needs into structured product requirements and user stories.Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.Experience working across multiple markets is a plus.This is a contract position. Open to candidates based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
