About the RoleThe Digital Project Manager position is a full-time, onsite role within a leading digital transformation consulting firm based in Dubai. The role is designed for a mid-to-senior level professional with a strong background in managing complex digital projects, particularly within consulting or technology-driven environments. The Digital Project Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives, adherence to timelines, and effective budget management. This position has a direct impact on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of high-profile digital projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of digital transformation projects, from initial scoping and planning through execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budget forecasts, ensuring all project milestones are clearly defined and tracked.Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising consultants, developers, designers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress using industry-standard project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall), adjusting plans proactively to address risks, issues, or changes in scope.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating regular status updates, managing expectations, and ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed client requirements.Oversee project documentation, including requirements gathering, change requests, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability, providing regular reporting to senior management and clients.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in digital project management within the organization.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data privacy regulations, and relevant industry guidelines throughout project execution.Required Experience & SkillsProven experience (typically 5+ years) managing digital projects within consulting, technology, or digital transformation environments.Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts, including cloud migration, process automation, enterprise software implementation, and customer experience optimization.Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project, and familiarity with collaborative platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Confluence.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Solid financial acumen, including experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality assurance.Experience working in multicultural, fast-paced environments, ideally within the Middle East or similar regions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable.Additional training or coursework in digital transformation, change management, or technology consulting is an advantage.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus.Tools & TechnologiesProject Management: Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft ProjectCollaboration: Slack, Microsoft Teams, ConfluenceDocumentation: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Digital Transformation Platforms: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (as relevant to client projects)Reporting & Analytics: Power BI, Tableau (as applicable) This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative digital projects for high-profile clients, contributing directly to their modernization and competitive advantage.
