Their programs turn planning and focus challenges into measurable progress and lasting independence.Why does this role exist?The Marketing Project Manager role exists to centralize and drive the execution of marketing and operational initiatives so projects move forward predictably and on time. The hire will remove friction across designers, developers, coaches, and external vendors, create clarity around timelines and deliverables, and produce executive-ready reporting so leadership has clear visibility into progress and performance. This role enables the founder and small leadership team to scale marketing projects while maintaining high quality and alignment with the company’s instructional goals.The Impact you’ll makeProject Planning & DeliveryOwn and manage multiple concurrent marketing projects (website redesign, course launches, SEO, social campaigns) from planning through launch.Create and maintain timelines, milestones, and deliverable checklists to keep projects on schedule.Track dependencies and coordinate handoffs between internal teams and external vendors.Stakeholder & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with designers, developers, marketing partners, and coaches to gather bids, assets, and scope details.Facilitate clear status updates, meeting agendas, and action items with stakeholders and the Founder/CEO.Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed-upon specifications and deadlines.Reporting, Metrics & AnalysisReview social and marketing performance reports (social, SEO, campaigns), interpret results, and surface insights.Maintain project tracking systems that capture timelines, budgets (where applicable), and performance metrics.Produce concise, executive-ready summaries and data-driven updates for leadership.Workflow Optimization & ProcessIdentify workflow bottlenecks and recommend/implement solutions to improve throughput and quality.Develop repeatable processes and templates for project intake, status reporting, and QA.Collaborate with executive assistants on task execution while focusing on higher-level coordination.Communication & DocumentationKeep documentation current—project briefs, asset inventories, meeting notes, and decision logs.Communicate proactively and clearly across teams to ensure alignment and reduce rework.Provide feedback on creative and content deliverables to align with strategic goals.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:5+ years proven project management experience in marketing, creative, or digital environments.Demonstrated ability to manage website projects, launches, and/or multi-channel marketing campaigns.Excellent written and verbal English; confident communicating with executives, vendors, and teams.Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with project management/productivity tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.WFH Set-Up:Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.Internet speed of at least 40MBPSHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcamBack-up computer and internet connectionQuiet, dedicated workspace at homeYour Superpowers:Project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and task workflow setupBasic familiarity with website projects, SEO tracking, and social/campaign analyticsStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking and reportingCompetent with Microsoft/Google Office suite and slide/document preparationSoft skillsClear, executive-level written and verbal communicationHighly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenProactive problem-solver who anticipates roadblocksComfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendorsIndependent self-starter with strong stakeholder management skillsYou should apply if...You thrive in entrepreneurial, mission-driven environments and enjoy building process and systems from the ground up.You take ownership of projects, prefer clear outcomes, and communicate proactively.You value data-informed decision making and can translate metrics into concise recommendations.You are comfortable working independently during set hours and escalates issues when needed.What to expect...Work Setup:Remote positionMust have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspaceRequired to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating systemWorking Hours:20 hours per week9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PACIFIC TIMECompensation:$7 per hourNo benefits package includedBenefits
