If you enjoy turning enquiries into paying customers, managing conversations across multiple social platforms, and driving consistent revenue growth, this role is for you.What You’ll DoManage DMs, comments, and enquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other channels.Engage prospects instantly, build rapport, and convert conversations into sales.Follow up consistently with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.Drive sales proactively by coming up with ideas, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.Manage the entire customer journey from enquiry to payment to delivery.Collect specifications for bespoke furniture orders and ensure details are well-documented.Handle difficult or impatient customers with professionalism and tact.Issue invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate records.Provide timely feedback and maintain excellent customer communication until delivery is complete.Work with management to hit monthly sales targets.Work with production/operations to meet timelines and keep customers updated.Deliver results under tight timelines, weekly/monthly targets, and high customer expectations.Proactively come up with sales-boosting initiatives and engagement ideas.What We’re Looking ForStrong online communication and selling skills.Fast response time and proactive engagement.Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right furniture solutions.Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.Experience in sales, customer service, or social media engagement is an advantage.Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage large volumes of customer interactions.Strong sales instincts and a proven ability to close deals.High emotional intelligence and patience when dealing with all types of customers.Very organized and able to multitask across chats, follow-ups, and order tracking.Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.Previous experience in online sales, customer service, or social engagement is a plus.Why Join UsWork with a fast-growing furniture brand known for quality bespoke designs.Earn competitive pay and performance bonuses tied to sales.Grow with a company expanding into multiple new product lines and channels.Opportunity to take ownership of digital sales and make real impact.
