Social Media Manager

Location: Kano (On-site, In-Person)Company: ASMRRole Type: Full-timeASMR is expanding its presence in Kano, and we are hiring a dedicated, highly disciplined Social Media Manager & Content Creator to work in person with clients and our local team.This role requires someone who can show up physically, manage accounts, create strong content, and represent ASMR’s aesthetic to clients across Kano.WHAT YOU’LL DO (On-Ground Responsibilities) • Visit clients in Kano in person to gather content. • Shoot product photos, short videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content. • Manage client pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) daily. • Build weekly content calendars and post consistently. • Develop captions, hooks, and engagement strategies. • Track analytics and recommend improvements. • Support shoots, creative direction, and client requests physically. • Maintain constant communication with the ASMR Abuja team for approvals and strategy alignment.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Must be based in Kano with reliable mobility (tricycle/transport). • Strong understanding of content creation, angles, lighting, branding. • Fast, responsive, and highly disciplined — you must show up. • Ability to manage multiple accounts without confusion. • Someone proactive who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. • Good communication skills and professional conduct with clients.BONUS SKILLS • Basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe Express) • Experience editing reels or short-form videos • Photography experience • Past work with fashion, food, skincare, real estate, or lifestyle brandsWHAT YOU GET • Competitive monthly salary • Transport allowance for client visits • Performance bonuses based on output and client results • Work directly with ASMR’s creative and strategy teams • Growth opportunities as ASMR expands further into Kano • A strong portfolio built with real client work
