JOB ADVERTISING:DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SPECIALISTFrench–English (German, Luxembourgish = advantage)Purpose:In close cooperation with the Luxembourg Sales team, ensure the successful delivery of all activities and targets related to Digital Shipping Solutions and Integrations (including APIs, eCommerce connectivity and digital workflows), in line with global, regional, and local guidelines.Accountabilities:Guarantee the best possible customer experience in terms of ease of use, efficiency, and reliability of DHL’s digital shipping solutions, integrations, and API‑based services.Optimize, promote, and enhance customers’ use of DHL digital tools and platforms, maximizing their shipping activity through all digital channels.Provide technical assistance for all DHL digital solutions—including API integrations, EDI/eCommerce flows, and plugin installations for platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and marketplaces—via phone, email, web, and on‑site visits.Identify and analyze customer needs, recommending the most suitable and customized digital or API‑based solution.Provide customers with the necessary equipment and ensure proper on‑site installation to guarantee optimal use of DHL’s digital shipping solutions and integrations.Deliver training and consultancy for both external customers and internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) on Digital Shipping Solutions, Integrations, APIs, and digital workflows.Act as a digital business consultant, supporting internal stakeholders with process digitalization, automation, and the adoption of new digital tools.Contribute to digital adoption and change management by guiding users through the deployment of new digital solutions and ensuring smooth transition and usage.Promote DHL Express as a Provider of Choice by maintaining strong, long‑term business relationships and consistently complying with Business Ethics and Compliance rules.Profile:Strong experience with major eCommerce platforms and web services, including practical knowledge of API integrations (REST, SOAP), JSON structures, webhooks, and EDI/eCommerce data flows.Proven experience in delivering digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to support business needs.Strong understanding of digital transformation and process automation, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital workflows.Ability to analyze, visualize, and monitor data using Power BI dashboards and other digital monitoring tools, ensuring data-driven decision-making.International mindset, strongly customer‑oriented.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a detail‑oriented and results‑driven approach.Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide users through digital change and adoption.Ability to work efficiently with tight deadlines and under pressure.Fluency in French and English (German and/or Luxembourgish are considered an advantage).Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital, eCommerce, IT integration or technical consulting role.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Solutions, or equivalent relevant experience.Working conditions:Attractive salary package linked to the relevant job description and grade (lunch vouchers, performance bonus...)Flexible working hours with the possibility to work from home.
