As a professional services organization, we collaborate closely with our business units, providing pivotal services that accelerate E.ON's ambitious Digital Transformation strategy.If you have a passion for leading the green transition with digital innovation, become a playmaker in our energetic and diverse team of more than 500 Expert Services consultants.It’s on us to make new energy work!The Team – your impactAs a Digital Technology PMO Manager (f/m/d) you independently manage and operationally drive dedicated working packages within the Project Management Office for Digital Technology projects; aiming to drive digitization cross-regionally and cross-functionally and turning E.ON into a digital-first energy company.Your Role – meaningful & rewardingYou prepare senior stakeholder communication, decision papers and Steering Committees, driving the direction for our programs via these decision makersYou support the design and setup of the project governance to enable efficient decision-making, reporting and communication across all stakeholdersYou monitor the project performance (time, budget, scope); from definition and setup through delivery to successful go-live and operationYou autonomously monitor and report the project risks and develop suitable countermeasures You operationally manage external partners, including on-shore and off-shore resources by using the appropriate frameworks and internal processes, incl. vendor ordering, time bookings approval, etc. You are welcome to engage in building our Expert Services practice; participating in various capability building activitiesYour Profile – authentic & open-mindedYou have a university degree in Business, IT, or a related fieldYou have several years of experience working in digital technology projects and bring in knowledge in project management and agile tools and methodsYou have solid consulting skills from problem-solving, effective communication and customer orientation to deep organization and planning skillsYou have a technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & IndustrializationYou have an advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools You are experienced working in distributed teams and with external partnersYou have fluent English and German language skills in spoken and writtenOur Benefits – smart & usefulEnjoy hybrid work: We combine office collaboration with focused work from home.
