Our client, a leading organization based in Ghent, is embarking on a major digital transformation initiative and is seeking an experienced Freelance Digital Transformation Consultant to drive strategic change and ensure successful delivery of key projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals.Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities.Oversee implementation of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration.RequirementsFluent in Dutch (essential); English proficiency required.Proven experience in digital transformation projects within large organizations.Strong understanding of emerging technologies, process automation, and IT systems.Contract DetailsDuration: 12 MonthsOn-Site Requirement: 2 days per week in GhentEngagement: Freelance / Independent ContractorPlease forward your CV to Bilal.Tariq@g2recruitment.com
