Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and enhance the data warehouse structure.Define business and technical requirements for digital projects in collaboration with external vendors. Evaluate and introduce new digital tools, platforms, and technologies that support business objectives. Promote data literacy and digital culture within the organization.Yêu cầu công việcBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. 5–8 years of professional experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or IT project management.Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consulting industries preferred. Practical experience and strong understanding of data analytics, process automation, and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.Hands-on experience with data architecture and database management (e.g., cloud-based DWH solutions). Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Business-level English; Japanese proficiency preferred.
