Job Description

A top-tier global financial institution is seeking a Digital UX Product Analyst to join their Wealth Management Transformation team. This role sits within a dynamic project management function, driving the agenda to deliver best-in-class solutions for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.This is not a traditional back-office analyst role. We are looking for a User-Centric problem solver who can pair detailed business analysis with a deep understanding of user experience design.Key ResponsibilitiesUX Research & Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand end-user needs. Create journey maps and insights to design holistic and seamless user experiences.Product Definition: Partner with Product Owners to define vision and strategy. Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories and workflows.Execution & Delivery: Manage end-to-end project activities, including feasibility studies, UAT planning, and defect resolution.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology partners, ensuring complex requirements are articulated clearly to all audiences.RequirementsExperience: 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, project execution, or product support.Domain: Background in Private Banking or Wealth Management is a distinct advantage.Core Skill: Proven experience in User Research (interviews, usability testing) or Design Thinking frameworks is essential.Soft Skills: Top-tier communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Language: Proficiency in English is required; Chinese (Putonghua) is an advantage.
