Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Unit Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will oversee the daily sales operations, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets, and drive lead generation efforts. Responsibilities include training team members, developing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring high standards of communication and customer satisfaction. While the role is based in Cairo, Egypt, some work-from-home flexibility is provided. Qualifications Experience in Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams effectivelyStrong Communication skills to build relationships with clients and team membersProven proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth and achieve targetsAbility to deliver effective Training and development for team membersStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plusProficiency in English and familiarity with the local market in Egypt
