Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a visionary and results-oriented professional for the position of Director - Finance Operational Readiness. This leadership role is essential in preparing the finance function for new operational initiatives and projects, ensuring that financial processes, systems, and teams are fully equipped to support the ambitious objectives of our entertainment and cultural developments.Your expertise will drive the establishment of best practices in financial readiness, defining the necessary frameworks and resources to ensure seamless project execution. In this strategic position, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across financial and operational teams while fostering a culture of readiness and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the finance operational readiness strategy for new projects, ensuring the finance team is prepared to support operational initiativesCollaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify finance-related requirements for projects and ensure successful integration into program plansOversee the design and implementation of financial processes, systems, and controls necessary for operational readinessEstablish and monitor key performance indicators to measure finance operational readiness and effectivenessProvide leadership in change management, ensuring that finance teams are adaptable and equipped to handle new initiativesTrain and mentor finance teams to enhance their capabilities in supporting operational objectivesDrive continuous improvement in finance operations, promoting efficiency and best practicesAct as a key point of contact for finance-related inquiries during project development, ensuring transparency and effective communicationRequirementsA Bachelor's degree in finance, accountingCPA/CMA/ACA preferred. MBA is a plus12+ years of finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in operational finance roles within theme parks, hospitality, and/or large-scale guest-facing environmentsProven experience with finance readiness for greenfield or pre-opening projectsKnowledge of SAP and integration with POS and ticketing systemsExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, startup-like environmentStrong project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder settingsBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
