As a Senior Associate - Finance Technology (Integration) at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a key role in facilitating the integration of various finance technology systems that enhance our financial operations and reporting capabilities.You will collaborate closely with IT, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of technology systems across the organization.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in the planning and execution of integration strategies related to finance technology systemsSupporting the integration of finance systems (e.g., SAP) by providing technical expertise during implementation phasesConducting analysis to identify integration opportunities and recommending solutions to improve operational efficiencyCoordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsParticipating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business and functional requirementsProviding training and support to end-users during system rollout and integration phasesMonitoring and documenting integration processes to ensure compliance with established standards and proceduresStaying abreast of emerging finance technologies and best practices to inform future integration initiativesRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance technology, particularly in system integration roles. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A certification in project management or technology integration is preferred.
