Our Project and Program Delivery team strategically partner with our clients to increase their likelihood of success by addressing challenges in developing and delivering major infrastructure projects and programs of work. We provide integrated project management, project controls, project delivery, planning and design and, contract compliance and assurance advice using data-driven tools and methodologies and provide practical and reliable project support services.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Director to lead and deliver complex health infrastructure projects within our growing Project & Program Delivery division. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most significant health projects partnering with government and private sector clients to drive positive outcomes.What you’ll doLead the delivery of major health infrastructure programs from planning through to construction.Provide strategic advice on project governance, risk management, and schedule assurance.Manage multidisciplinary teams and foster strong stakeholder relationships.Drive innovation and best practice in project and program management.Play a key role in growing the division, shaping its future direction and capability.What we’re looking forProven experience in infrastructure project management, ideally within health or large-scale public sector projects.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at senior levels.Expertise in program governance, risk frameworks, and delivery assurance.Ability to lead workshops, manage complex schedules, and present at industry forums.A collaborative mindset and passion for building high-performing teams.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management (or similar)Additional InformationKPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
