Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Human Capital for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include Lead and support the HR team by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and best practices while ensuring alignment with regional HR strategy and business objectives. Drive continuous improvement, leadership development, and productivity across departments through effective HR initiatives and collaboration. Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and organizational development to ensure optimal staffing, efficiency, and readiness for future growth. Manage HR budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate monitoring of P&L and strategic resource allocation. Champion employee engagement, recognition, and development through training, performance management, and talent programs aligned with Jumeirah’s culture. Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and internal standards while maintaining strong communication, colleague well-being, and workplace quality. About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in leadership roles within HR, with a proven track record of strategic HR planning and implementation. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management or any other relevant field Professional qualifications/certification in field of Human Resources Management. MBA or other post graduate education in the related area.
