Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Dubai. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, and overseeing performance management processes. The role will involve collaborating with leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives. Qualifications Expertise in HR Policies and foundational Human Resources (HR) practicesStrong knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment LawExperience with Performance Management systems and processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCertification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
