We help our clients implement and effectively useOracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance,operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk and compliance.Responsibilities As a Director, you’ll lead and work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsDevelop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clientsManage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the teamDevelop and strengthen our alliance relationships with local Oracle Leadership and peersBeing available to travel to client sites anywhere in South East Asia and potentially internationallyShape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteriaTrain, coach, and supervise team membersContinue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brandDeveloping the careers of the teams working with and reporting to youIdentifying unique opportunities around you and the firm to develop our capability in newer areas of ERPDemonstrate care and commitment to the team and our businessLeading our continued Digital Finance thought leadership, working closely with colleagues in Strategy, Finance and Technology ConsultingEssential Skills and Experience As an experienced Oracle ERP professional, you will be comfortable consulting with ourclients at C level – typically CFOs and CEOsProven demonstrable Oracle ERP business development and implementation experience and are considered an expert and leader in your fieldA confident approach, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)A flexible and team focused working style within a multi-functional teamEducation to Degree level as minimum
