We are currently looking for a Director, Data and Analytics in the United Kingdom.In this role, you will lead and shape the organization's data strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will manage and mentor a team of analytics and BI professionals while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the company. The position involves overseeing the data ecosystem, implementing robust governance practices, and integrating analytics, business intelligence, and future data science initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple departments, translating insights into strategic recommendations that optimize operations, audience engagement, and revenue outcomes. The role emphasizes both leadership and hands-on strategic oversight, requiring expertise in modern BI platforms, cloud-based data solutions, and advanced analytics.
