Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision and growth strategy for all F&B operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Hands-On Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations with active involvement to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and consistent quality across all outlets.Revenue Growth & Marketing: Drive top-line growth through innovative marketing strategies, menu development, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.Business Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for new outlets, partnerships, and market entry, supporting sustainable business growth.Brand & Market Leadership: Strengthen the company’s market position through brand development, differentiation, and enhanced customer experiences.Executive Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, regulatory, and quality standards across all operations.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, suppliers, and strategic partners to advance business objectives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.8–12 years of senior leadership experience in F&B management.Proven track record in driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with the ability to translate vision into results.Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.Deep expertise in food safety, quality standards, service excellence, and emerging hospitality trends.
