This position is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first culture and brings deep QSR expertise to guide organizational growth, performance, and engagement. The Director will lead a high-performing team of three direct reports.This individual will partner closely with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver human capital strategies that support business goals and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.This role supports operations in multiple U.S. states and requires up to 35% travel to build relationships, lead initiatives, and support leaders in the field.ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across corporate functions and multi-state field operations Build and execute people strategies that support organizational performance, talent development, and employee engagement Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for employee relations, HR operations, and HR shared services Champion a proactive employee relations approach to drive consistency, compliance, and fairness across all locations Oversee HR processes including performance management, succession planning, policy implementation, and organizational change Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and other HR Centers of Excellence to align on business needs Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend actionable solutions Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting values-aligned behaviors and leadership excellence throughout the organization Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred) 8-10 years of HR experience required with 5-7 years of progressive HR experience within the QSR or hospitality industry including experience supporting field and corporate teams as an HR Business Partner Demonstrated experience leading and developing HR teams Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders Deep knowledge of employee relations practices, multi-state employment law, and organizational development principles Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, service-oriented environment Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel up to 35% to field and corporate locations across the U.S.
