Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, creative and analytical Director of Marketing to develop and lead our marketing strategy, raise our profile and enhance our brand presence. This position requires experience in brand positioning / transformation, strategic communications, website optimization and effective use of social media. The Director, Marketing is pivotal to our core focus: helping you change your world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing (ideally in the consulting and/or organizational performance sectors), exceptional writing and communication skills, a collaborative, results-oriented work style and a strategic mindset. Experience working in entrepreneurial businesses is an asset.Core ResponsibilitiesWorking with IHHP’s marketing team and in close collaboration with the Leadership Team:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build a cohesive brand strategy, increase brand awareness, promote our services, build our external presence and deepen client loyalty.Develop a compelling value proposition that profiles the value we bring and distinguishes us from competing organizationsCreate engaging, relevant content for a range of stakeholders using various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Grow our social media presence. Partner with Revenue Generation to create and leverage marketing campaigns, materials and messaging to generate leads and prospectsCollect and analyze results of marketing campaigns to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies and campaignsCollaborate with and oversee the specialized services of a book marketing agency / agent in preparation for the release of IHHP’s next book, targeted for publication in the latter half of 2026.Evolve and maintain current information on our corporate websiteMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and annual plans.Ensure all marketing assets and related communications align with brand guidelinesManage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.Minimum of 10 of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior / managerial role.Experience in the consulting services and/or organizational performance industry, or marketing professional services, is a strong asset.Strong competency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel to meetings in Toronto and/or the Greater Toronto Area.
