Location: Remote (Canada or U.S.)Hours: Approx. 10 hours per weekContract Term: 6-month contract, with potential for renewalPosition OverviewWe’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support Reroute Consulting’s digital marketing efforts on a part-time, contract basis.This role is ideal for an independent professional who enjoys wearing many hats—from managing SEO and social media content to assisting with podcast production and analytics.You’ll collaborate directly with the Founder & Principal Consultant to expand Reroute Consulting’s online presence, enhance audience engagement, and ensure our marketing efforts align with the firm’s mission and growth goals.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & SEO MarketingDevelop and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility of website, blog, and podcast pages.Conduct keyword research and optimize existing and future content.Draft or refine marketing copy for blog posts, newsletters, and social media aligned with Reroute’s tone and voice.Track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, keyword rankings) and provide recommendations.Podcast Production & PromotionSupport end-to-end podcast production, including scheduling, editing, uploading, and show notes.Edit podcast audio and video using tools such as Descript.Create promotional assets (e.g., audio, quote graphics, video, captions) to share across channels.Coordinate episode releases, ensuring consistency across YouTube and podcast channels.Website & Digital AnalyticsUpdate and manage website content in collaboration with the internal team or web developer.Monitor analytics across Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media platforms to identify trends and insights.Summarize performance metrics and engagement highlights in brief monthly reports.General Marketing CoordinationSupport ongoing campaigns for the Reroute Reflections podcast, newsletter, and webinars.Maintain visual and brand consistency across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Use Canva to design social media graphics, event visuals, and templates.Research growth opportunities and new trends in digital storytelling and audience engagement.
