Job Description

We are seeking a highly influential Director to set the strategic vision, define business requirements, and provide operational leadership for how Pharma measures its impact and orchestrates personalized omnichannel engagement. You will lead the development and implementation of capabilities focused on two critical areas:Measurement & Analysis: Develop the strategic vision for medical impact measurement, providing operational leadership for how Medical quantifies and measures its impact. You'll serve as the principal business owner for analytical tools and the Medical Data & Insights hub, overseeing the omnichannel medical customer engagement data & dashboard roadmap.Targeting & Orchestration: Set the strategic vision for how Medical identifies, segments, and orchestrates personalized omnichannel engagement. You will lead the activation roadmap for advanced segmentation models, medical personas, and Next Best Action frameworks.Both areas require driving change initiatives to foster a culture of rigorous test-and-learn methodologies and championing AI-driven innovations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Vision: Develop and implement a strategic vision, embedding a data-first, personalized engagement mindset across all US Medical teams.Capabilities & Data Ownership: Serve as the principal Medical business owner for both measurement capabilities and targeting/orchestration capabilities (e.g., CRM and NBA engines).Leadership & Execution: Lead the activation of new analytical/digital capabilities and drive essential process changes and comprehensive change management strategies for successful adoption.Compliance: Partner with Legal and Compliance to develop a risk-mitigated approach for tracking and utilizing all measurement and engagement data appropriately.QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in data analysis/advanced analytics OR omnichannel strategy/execution/strategic marketing.Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree (e.g., MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD, or MD) is preferred.Deep expertise in both areas is a strong asset:Measurement: Proficiency in the healthcare data ecosystem (RWD, claims, EHR) and experience with using frameworks like KPIs or OKRs.Targeting: Expertise in customer segmentation, persona development, and customer journey mapping.Strong grasp of AI/ML principles and their application for insights, predictive analytics, segmentation, and Next Best Action.Direct experience in Medical Affairs or a similar function is preferredThis position is functionally embedded with one of our pharmaceutical customers.
