SummaryThe Tokyo American Club is hiring a Head of Aquatics to lead swim programs, ensure safety, and manage a team of 10 staff members. The role requires expertise in water safety, swim education, and leadership.Key Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Physical Education, or a related field preferred.• A minimum of three years of experience in pool management or a related field.• Must be certified in first aid, CPR and lifesaving courses from a recognized Life Guarding Association.• Strong knowledge of pool equipment and maintenance, and safety protocols.• Proven track records and experience in managing and the budget for operation.• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and national holidays.•　Strong leadership, communication and people skills required. History of working in any hospitality field is a plus.• Advanced level or above English both writing and speaking.
