The Director of Business Development will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and maintain key partnerships, and drive sustainable growth. Daily tasks include developing strategic business plans, generating leads, closing new business contracts, managing client accounts, and negotiating agreements. The role requires strategic thinking, networking, and excellent relationship management abilities.QualificationsProven expertise in New Business Development and Lead GenerationStrong skills in Business Planning and strategic market analysisCompetency in Contract Negotiation and Account ManagementExceptional interpersonal and communication abilitiesExperience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is an assetBachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related disciplineDemonstrated ability to work independently and achieve targetsFluency in English and French is an advantage
