Functional Analyst

Actively participate in requirements elaboration, sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and other Agile ceremonies. Design, develop, and execute functional test plans and detailed test cases based on business and product requirements. Document, log, and track defects using test management tools, ensuring clear and timely communication with relevant teams. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues identified during testing. Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and ensure no negative impact on existing functionality. Prepare high-quality test documentation, including test results, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders. Coordinate with business stakeholders for demos, provide updates, and escalate issues when necessary. Utilize Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) to track and manage testing efforts efficiently.
