This is a hybrid role based in our headquarters in Los Angeles; fully-stocked with snacks, beverages, cold brew.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild lasting, meaningful and enduring relationships with our key accountsDrive revenue through long-term partnerships and key account growthManage and direct strategies and tactics for the team to execute and line up key performance indicators and financial objectives including revenue, expenses and ROIManage all aspects of the account management revenue generation/expansion process including continued sales, communication and negotiationCollaborate with and/or manage relevant team members including Account Managers, Creator Partner Managers, and Revenue OperationsUtilize marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, research reports and sales to support our clients and help them achieve their objectivesCollaborate with internal teams across multiple departments to create and deliver creative solutions for clientsProviding reporting, projections and forecasts through multiple techniques including, competitive and industry analysis, client growth plans and revenue reportsProvide day to day support and strategic solutions for client needs through entire campaign lifecycle from pre, during, and post campaignsUnderstand and become an expert on Pearpop’s execution process and effectively launch campaignsResponsible for establishing new relationships with incoming business development clients and growing long-term relationships and revenue across this portfolioWhat You Bring To The Table7+ years experience managing and leading an account management or similar team in the social and/or creator marketing industry or an agency or media companyA creative and strategic mindset that is eager to be applied to various business development initiatives on any given dayProven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing prioritiesEnthusiasm for and understanding of creators, brands, their culture and helping them succeedStrong organizational skills, clear communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced environmentPassionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble entrepreneurial spiritMust be a self starter and creative problem solverNote: Pearpop operates on a hybrid schedule & candidates need to be located in Los AngelesCompensation$120,000-$150,000Pearpop is an equal opportunity employer.
