Shape the Future of Clinical Governance in a Leading Health ServicePlay a pivotal role in advancing clinical governance, safety, and innovation across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services by leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care and driving continuous improvement, digital transformation, and a restorative just culture across the service.Your New RoleAs the Director of Clinical Governance and Strategy, you will provide expert clinical leadership and strategic oversight to drive excellence in safety, quality, and service delivery across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services. You'll influence system-wide improvement, digital transformation, and restorative culture while collaborating with senior leaders to shape future models of care.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading the implementation of evidence-based clinical governance frameworks across MSAMHS.Providing strategic direction and expert advice on quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives.Overseeing accreditation, risk management, and clinical performance reporting.Driving digital transformation and reform in line with Restorative Just Culture principles.Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive leaders, government, and community partners.Leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.About YouYou are a values-driven leader with exceptional clinical governance expertise and a passion for quality and innovation in mental health.
