The organization supports major hospitals, research centers, and global lab networks with advanced technology for pathology transformation.Position SummaryThe Director / VP of Commercial Strategy will lead growth initiatives, define go-to-market models, and expand commercial presence across Europe. This leader will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, labs, pharma partners, and channel distributors, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Responsibilities• Develop and execute commercial strategy for digital pathology portfolio• Lead sales forecasting, territory planning, and revenue KPIs• Establish and grow relationships with strategic accounts and partners• Oversee commercial enablement: positioning, pricing, and proposal development• Support the launch of new offerings and market expansions• Manage and mentor a commercial team; drive hiring and capability building• Coordinate with Product, Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing on customer needs• Represent the company at conferences, advisory discussions, and customer forums• Provide competitive insight and market intelligence to guide business decisionsQualifications• 8+ years in commercial roles in medical device, diagnostics, imaging, or health IT sectors• Experience selling or supporting enterprise clinical technology or pathology solutions• Demonstrated success building commercial operations in Europe• Strong negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus• Ability to travel within EU as needed for strategy and customer engagementBenefits• Competitive salary + performance bonus + equity program• Hybrid work flexibility• International leadership visibility and influence• Opportunity to shape a rapidly growing market and technology platform
