With a growing team of 70 colleagues across our locations in Zurich, Düsseldorf, New York, and Budapest, we are expanding continuously.Now we are looking for YOU, a strategic and internationally experienced senior sales professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You are a relationship manager accustomed to working with buying centers of large hotel chains in an international environment. If you want to play a strategic key role in building our international hospitality business in a game-changing company, we want to hear from you!YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and scale the Hospitality segment by developing and executing a strategic sales roadmap focused on key markets and strategic partnersBuild personal C-level relationships with existing and potential global customers in the hospitality industry and maintain relationships and contacts at multiple levels between customers and ZippsafeManage complex, multi-country sales processes (hardware, software, services) from acquisition to closing, focusing on the identification and penetration of international hotel chains and their centralized buying centers (e.g., Procurement, IT, Design & Construction)Ensure smooth project handovers (installation, customer training) in close collaboration with our customer success teamsReporting directly to our CCO, you collaborate closely with internal (e.g. Marketing, Product) and external stakeholders (e.g. outreach agencies)Identify and visit the most important trade shows and conferences in order to successfully promote our productsMaintain account plans, pipeline data, and reporting in our CRM & ERP systemsYOUR PROFILE:You have 5-10 years of proven success in senior-level B2B sales, ideally in selling investment goods and technology solutions to international hotel chainsIn-depth industry knowledge and an active network within the hospitality sector (e.g., to hotel chains, operators, architects, or hotel suppliers) are a mustYou understand the structures, procurement processes, and decision-making bodies (buying centers) of large international hotel groups regarding infrastructure-related productsYou are business-fluent in EnglishYou have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment, and are motivated by performance and significant returnsYou thrive in a "Talent before Location" environment, balancing high travel readiness (approx. 40-80%) to engage key hospitality accounts across Europe with a hybrid presence (ideally 1-2 days) at our Schlieren HQ for strategic alignment.WHY ZIPPSAFE:Exciting Growth Opportunity: Take responsibility for a customer segment with ample opportunities to further develop and expand our presence across EuropeEntrepreneurial Freedom: Work independently and take ownership of your own success while being backed by a strong team.
